The client’s request:
Befimmo wanted to redevelop its outdoor space in the spirit of this former 1950s building located on Avenue des Arts in Brussels.
Our design and maintenance project:
We worked together with architects and designers from ncbham to rethink this 600 square meters outdoor area.
On the one hand, we had to find the right materials and propose a plantation plan in keeping with the spirit of this vintage building. Secondly, we had to design the landscaping for the project.
In order to do this, we kept part of the existing plantation, which was supplemented by perennials and native species. Some existing materials were also recuperated.
The site now has a patio and a relaxation area. It is a haven of peace and nature that invites Befimmo employees to enjoy a moment of tranquillity and rest…
Our team returns to this site once a month to maintain the outdoor landscape.
